Order Processing
- Made to Order: Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for creation and processing. 
- Customization: Custom orders are welcome. Please contact us to discuss your unique requirements and timelines. 
Payment
- Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. 
Shipping
- Tracking: All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your item has shipped. 
Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-customised items. 
- Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. 
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. 
Repairs and Resizing
- Repairs: We offer repair services for our jewellery. Please contact us for a quote and instructions. 
- Resizing: Resizing services are only available for Atypical Thing rings. Fees may apply depending on the complexity of the work.
